- Packages are valid for one pet for 1 year from date of purchase.
- Packages are non-transferable.
- Additional illness visits, medications, treatments, diagnostics, procedures, and services not listed are billed separately.
- Diagnostics may be adjusted by the veterinarian based on the pet's age, medical status, and prior medical records.
- Package savings are based on estimated regular pricing when services are purchased individually.
- Recommendations may vary based on the pet's age, lifestyle, medical history, and doctor assessment.
- 10% off dental extractions is valid only if the dental extractions are scheduled within one month after using this package.
Wellness Only
Wellness packages are intended for healthy pets and preventive care only. They cannot be used for sick visits, illness exams, emergency visits, or same-day treatment of sick patients. If the pet is sick or has an active medical concern, illness exam fees, diagnostics, treatments, medications, and additional services will be billed separately.
Fear-Free Sedation
Sedation may be recommended or required for fearful, anxious, painful, or uncooperative pets so we can safely complete exams, blood draws, X-rays, radiographs, or procedures using a fear-free approach. Sedation is not included and will be an additional charge if needed.
