Chronic Disease Management

Ongoing, attentive care for long-term conditions

When a pet has a long-term condition, it's not just about medication — it's about stability, monitoring, comfort, and quality of life. We provide tailored treatment plans for chronic conditions with regular follow-ups and supportive care.

What's Included

Chronic care commonly includes

  • A clear diagnosis and step-by-step plan
  • Medication management and dosing adjustments
  • Routine monitoring and rechecks (bloodwork, urinalysis, radiographs, abdominal ultrasound, blood pressure when appropriate)
  • Nutrition guidance specific to the condition
  • Pain management and mobility support
  • Ongoing communication so families understand what to watch for at home

Sedation may be recommended or required for fearful, anxious, painful, or uncooperative pets so we can safely complete exams, blood draws, X-rays, radiographs, or procedures using a fear-free approach. Sedation is not included and will be an additional charge if needed.

Our goal is comfort, stability, and maintaining the best quality of life possible at every stage.
