Advanced internal medicine care is provided on-site in collaboration with a mobile, board-certified internal medicine specialist. Care focuses on accurate diagnosis, thoughtful treatment planning, and long-term management of complex or chronic conditions through advanced appointments.

Advanced Ultrasound Imaging

Abdominal ultrasound — Evaluates internal organs for causes of illness
Thoracic ultrasound (non-cardiac) — Assesses the chest for fluid or masses
Cervical ultrasound — Examines thyroid glands and lymph nodes
Recheck ultrasound — Monitors healing or treatment response
Bi-cavitary ultrasound — Combines abdominal and thoracic imaging in one visit

Ultrasound-Guided Procedures

Fine needle aspirate (FNA) — Samples tissue or fluid for diagnosis
Pericardiocentesis — Removes fluid from around the heart
Abdominocentesis — Samples or removes abdominal fluid
Thoracocentesis — Removes fluid from the chest to improve breathing

Endoscopy & Minimally Invasive Diagnostics

Endoscopic foreign body removal — Removes swallowed objects without surgery
Upper GI endoscopy — Examines the esophagus and stomach
Lower GI endoscopy (colonoscopy) — Evaluates the colon
Combined GI endoscopy — Full gastrointestinal evaluation
Balloon dilation — Opens narrowed areas of the esophagus or colon

Voiding hydropropulsion — Flushes small bladder stones
Esophagostomy tube — Long-term feeding support
Nasogastric tube — Short-term feeding support
PEG tube — Feeding tube placed during endoscopy
