Advanced internal medicine care is provided on-site in collaboration with a mobile, board-certified internal medicine specialist. Care focuses on accurate diagnosis, thoughtful treatment planning, and long-term management of complex or chronic conditions through advanced appointments.

Advanced Ultrasound Imaging
- Abdominal ultrasound — Evaluates internal organs for causes of illness
- Thoracic ultrasound (non-cardiac) — Assesses the chest for fluid or masses
- Cervical ultrasound — Examines thyroid glands and lymph nodes
- Recheck ultrasound — Monitors healing or treatment response
- Bi-cavitary ultrasound — Combines abdominal and thoracic imaging in one visit
Ultrasound-Guided Procedures
- Fine needle aspirate (FNA) — Samples tissue or fluid for diagnosis
- Pericardiocentesis — Removes fluid from around the heart
- Abdominocentesis — Samples or removes abdominal fluid
- Thoracocentesis — Removes fluid from the chest to improve breathing
Endoscopy & Minimally Invasive Diagnostics
- Endoscopic foreign body removal — Removes swallowed objects without surgery
- Upper GI endoscopy — Examines the esophagus and stomach
- Lower GI endoscopy (colonoscopy) — Evaluates the colon
- Combined GI endoscopy — Full gastrointestinal evaluation
- Balloon dilation — Opens narrowed areas of the esophagus or colon
- Upper airway examination — Evaluates breathing structures
- Nasal flush and pharyngoscopy — Diagnoses chronic nasal or throat disease

- Bronchoscopy with BAL — Evaluates lung disease and collects samples

- Endotracheal wash — Collects airway samples

- Cystourethroscopy — Examines the bladder and urethra
- Voiding hydropropulsion — Flushes small bladder stones
- Esophagostomy tube — Long-term feeding support
- Nasogastric tube — Short-term feeding support
- PEG tube — Feeding tube placed during endoscopy
